Bridgestone Apartments

UPDATE: I still love my apartment. Having lived here for almost a year I can say few things that are wrong HOWEVER, there is a string of car breaking in our lots and management has done nothing about it. Maintenance is outstanding and even though we’ve had some major issues with our AC unit, maintenance has gotten here quickly, completed the work, and been pleasant every time! They have raised the rent a considerable amount which is disappointing. If they raise it again we probably won’t stay, which is a major bummer because it’s been a wonderful place to live OLD REVIEW: I haven’t lived at Bridgestone long, however, the maintenance has been amazing. I’ve had 4 issues since moving in and maintenance was at my apartment in less than 48 hours after reporting the issues The neighbors are nice and the community is beautiful I currently live in one of the un-updated apartments and the rent is reasonable for a very sizable and beautiful apartment!

I've been here almost a year. For the price, we have alot of amenities, although I do wish we had garage door openers, and not have to manually open them. The maintenance folks are great and acknowledged any issues I had and fixed them, and my dog loves them lol Winter time, the parking lots were cleared pretty quickly. Only complaint is that we had to do our own sidewalk. I love that they have food trucks usually every Wednesday and do fun events throughout the year, including a pool party. Other than "outsiders" using the visitors parking lot for a party, pot smoking lot, the complex is pretty quiet. The ponds are relaxing to sit by and watch the different wild life. Highly recommend 👌

I've lived at Bridgestone for about 6 months. This place is great, especially considering the price and allowing large dogs. The maintenance team goes above and beyond. My requests have consistently been addressed and fixed within 24 hours! The maintenance team, especially Jimmy, is so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be renewing my lease when it comes time!

I'm not exactly sure how to explain this situation, I applied for an apartment, in the website, the 3rd party system this company uses for payment is call plaid, you have to allow them to access your bank account and verify it and make sure it's real and there's money i guess, anyway I did allow them to verify and gave permission to take the payment (have proof of it), that was a Friday, then Tuesday received an email saying my payment was denied or it didn't go through, not exactly sure how this happened, I mean my account was verified and yes there was enough money to cover the fees, when I received the email from the manager I asked her what could I do to fix this or any help, her reply was just to pay 90 dollars more because the payment was declined, that was all. I tried to contac her by phone, email and nothing, now the office is sending me emails that a legal action will be taken if I don't pay for the application fee, admin fee and the extra $90 dollars, seriously? They're charging me for an application that didn't go through, they just decided to process it and then "declined" it just in order to obtain money. I know there's obligations as tenants or future tenants, but believe me, I tried my best to find out how to fix this, but no answer in the office, neither by email, I was just ignored completely, the only emails I received from the community is to ask to pay, that's all. Maybe because my race is different from them, or my English is not the best, who knows, I just feel cheated, I really wanted to move here but instead of help I just found a greedy company trying to obtain money.
